At Gold Joy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any issues with your order, we offer a simple and transparent 3-day replacement policy.


🔄 Return & Replacement Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We charge a ₹120 fee for return and reverse logistics.
  • For any missing or damaged product, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after the given timeline will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

To Qualify for a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:

  1. The return or exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. The original invoice, packaging, and tags are intact and included.
  3. The product is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
  4. All embellishments, stones, or decorative parts are intact and undamaged.
  5. There are no stains, marks, scratches, or signs of wear on the item.

Note: We do not offer refunds for damaged products. In such cases, only replacements will be arranged.


📋 Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

You may raise a request only under the following conditions:

  1. Item Missing from the package.
  2. Damaged on Arrival.
  3. Received Wrong Item or Wrong Size (e.g., small size sent instead of large, or vice versa).

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate any claim for a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The unboxing process.
  • The issue (damage, missing item, or wrong product).

⚠️ Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.


🚫 Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is made outside the 3-day return window.
  • Any part of the shipment (invoice, tags, accessories, etc.) is missing.
  • The product shows signs of use, misuse, or damage after delivery.
  • The item was used, opened, or worn (unless it was received damaged).
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with your order are not returned.
  • The unboxing video is not provided for a missing or damaged product claim.

🔁 Exchange Process

  • We will arrange a pickup from your location. Please ensure the invoice, packing, and tags are intact at the time of pickup.
  • If the product is not handed over during pickup, you may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
  • Once the item is received and passes quality inspection, the exchange product will be dispatched.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same or higher value. For higher-value exchanges, you must prepay the price difference.
  • A ₹120 reverse logistics fee applies to all exchange requests.

💰 Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality verification.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT).
    • Please provide accurate bank details while raising your return request to ensure smooth refund processing.
