At Gold Joy, we’re delighted to deliver your favourite products quickly and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand our dispatch timelines, delivery process, and related terms.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

·        Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

·        Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

·        Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page based on your PIN code and selected items.

·        We make every effort to ensure delivery within the prescribed timeline, though delays may occur due to courier or regional constraints.

💰 Shipping Charges

·        Standard Shipping: ₹60 for orders below ₹399.

·        Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹400.

·        Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 additional (COD fee is non-refundable).

·        COD Restrictions:

o   COD is not available for orders above ₹999.

o   COD may be restricted for high-risk or repeat RTO (Return to Origin) customers.

·        Return & Reverse Logistics Fee: A charge of ₹120 applies for return or replacement requests.

📦 Tracking Your Order

·        Once your product is dispatched, a tracking link and AWB number will be shared with you via Email, WhatsApp, and/or SMS.

·        You can easily track your order in real time to monitor its delivery status.

❌ Order Cancellations & Modifications

·        Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

·        After dispatch, any change in delivery address or mobile number cannot be accommodated.

·        If an order is cancelled after being handed to the courier, the refund will be issued only after the product is returned and received at our store, after deducting applicable forward and return shipping charges.

🚫 Undelivered Orders

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before completing payment.

·        If the product is returned due to incorrect details or unavailability at the time of delivery, it will be sent back to us (RTO).

·        In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the forward and return shipping fees.

·        If you wish to have the order re-dispatched, additional shipping charges will apply.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

A nominal ₹120 forward and reverse logistics fee applies for returns or replacements.

⏰ Delivery Delays Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or regional restrictions may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

In such cases:

·        Gold Joy shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or factors beyond our control.

·        We will always make our best effort to keep you informed of any delays and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
